With all the Altman to Iowa rumors - Here is how I think the big jobs changes in college basketball will go in the offseason:

Iowa - Not firing Alford
Kentucky - Firing Tubby Replacement - Billy Gillispie
Arkansas - Firing Stan Heath - Replacement - Doc Sadler
