Priceless Quote

From the Dallas Morning News:

Brad McRae, the booster at the center of the excessive-pay scheme that landed Oklahoma a date with the NCAA infractions committee, blamed the problem on OU football players Wednesday and said he had no knowledge of what was happening.

"Did I tell Rhett Bomar that he could come in there and punch in and out anytime he wanted to? I did not," McRae said in a telephone interview with The Dallas Morning News. "I never liked Rhett Bomar, anyway."

That, along with J.D. Quinn saying "All I did was take cash" is my favorite recruiting scandal story since Albert Means.

Hey Matt, I heard your contract is up in May and Upper Management is not to Happy with you. Creighton is not bringing in as much money to big sport590 as they had hoped for.

Looks like you might be looking for a job...

Hey Matt, if this is true, you know I called it over a year ago.

I know for a FACT that Creighton is a client of 590. They pay the station a set amount for each game, so there's no way Creighton isn't bringing in as much money as they had hoped for. They knew exactly what they'd get from Creighton.

And as far as Matt's deal...why would he go anywhere? He's doing great!

I love it when morons try to talk about stuff they know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about. My contract is not up in May and my bosses couldn't be happier with me. Big Sports couldn't be stronger right now.

As for Creighton and money - there is no issue there at all. Both sides are EXTREMELY happy with each other.
