To steve - How was that tailgate at the ISU-NU game? Probably about the only good thing that happened that day for you.
To sc_cy - Going back and re-reading the last September post's comments...see? No doubts whatsoever about the ISU or Baylor games back then...and as you can see, I had good reason not to worry. ESPECIALLY against ISU. Please keep your ISU chest thumping to yourself until that team of yours actually does something. Congrats on claiming the title for worst team in the Big 12. How's that 5 (perhaps 6 after the A&M game tonight) game losing streak taste?
To everyone else - going forward, I think the remaining schedule shakes out like this...a decent chance against Kansas (esp. now that they got blown out by Texas Tech compared to how Nebraska fared), a definite chance against Kansas State and a very good chance against Colorado.
Hopefully, they'll fare well against Oklahoma, though realistically, I don't look for a win there.
Anyone else have thoughts on the remainder of the Husker schedule?
At least we can play base 'D' against Oklahoma. Our front four has been our strength. We will hang with Oklahoma. We just aren't going to win. Oklahoma 45 Nebraska 28.
I tell you what, the tailgate in Ames is absolutely crazy. Honestly it was the perfect day...a Nebraska win and great food, drinks, and (amazingly) good looking women. I've never seen so many people tailgate and not go into a game. I bet over half the people we met got to the stadium four hours or more before kickoff and didn't care to buy a ticket. If they can ever win in Ames that should be a pretty fun scene.

Yes!!!
Way to go Rays!!!
If the Pats lose Monday night, better put Matt on some kind of suicide watch.
Matt, how many did Boston leave on base? We had our chances, just couldn't get that clutch hit when we needed it.

I agree with that assessment, sublime. That's about how I feel about that game.
